I. System operation monitoring and control

In the monitoring interface, the network diagram of the entire power monitoring system is displayed, the real-time operating parameters and equipment operating status on each main wiring diagram are dynamically refreshed, and remote control functions are supported. The system screen can be configured according to actual needs. The interface is shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3.

Second, power quality monitoring and analysis

Continuous monitoring of power quality and power reliability across the entire system. Real-time monitoring of the system's harmonic content, voltage flicker, disturbance, frequency deviation, imbalance, power factor and other power quality issues. Through manual or automatic trigger waveform capture, record the waveform during disturbance, and perform power quality analysis and fault analysis.

Third, high-precision energy measurement

Use high-precision, two-way metering and multi-function meters to accurately measure user load and system load, and optimize system capacity design. Transformer loss / line loss compensation helps to reasonably allocate production costs. The interface is shown in Figure 4.

Fourth, statistics and analysis of power consumption

The system provides users with comprehensive power and demand statistics reporting functions, including the electricity consumption of different feeders at different rate periods, and can perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual statistics and records, which can match the billing structure of the power company Peak valley statistics and records, and can display, print and query.

V. Analysis of power consumption trend curve

The system provides two curve analysis interfaces, real-time curve and historical trend. By calling the real-time curve interface of the relevant circuit, the current operating load status of the circuit is analyzed. By calling the real-time curve of a distribution circuit, the signal fluctuation caused by the electrical equipment of the circuit can be analyzed. The interface is shown in Figure 5.

Six, alarm and event management

The system can be set to trigger an alarm when the measured value of the power parameter exceeds the limit and the state of the device changes. When the system alarms, it can provide information voice prompts, automatically pop up the alarm screen or trigger necessary operations, and at the same time can notify the relevant personnel by email, mobile phone text messages, and other methods. The interface is shown in Figure 6.

Seven, historical data management

The system completes the historical data management based on the real-time database. All real-time sampling data and sequential event records can be saved to the historical database. In the monitoring screen, you can customize the parameters you need to query, the time period of the query, or select the number of recently updated records to display and draw a graph. The interface is shown in Figure 7.

Report management

Reports can be generated based on existing templates in the system or custom new templates. It can be generated manually or according to a preset schedule, or an EXCEL report can be generated through the export function. Reports can be sent automatically via email or printed automatically. The interface is shown in Figure 8.


Nine, user rights management

For system security and stability, user rights management can prevent unauthorized operations. You can define login names, passwords, and operation permissions for users at different levels to provide reliable security for system operation and maintenance management.


Ten, third-party communication functions

Support industrial OPC interface, can be used as OPC server to provide data for other programs (such as DCS system), can also be used as OPC client to obtain data from other systems. The system can be compatible with all third-party equipment such as Modbus, IEC101, IEC103 and other protocols.


Eleven, support Web client

The system provides Web services, and the client can view the power monitoring system screen through the remote PC's IE browser.
